I help women working in male-dominated sectors turn their frustrations into actionable steps towards defining a leadership style that aligns with their true self.

I have spent the last 15 years climbing the corporate ladder in New York City and San Francisco, leading teams at some of the biggest companies in tech & finance (Uber, IDEO, Bloomberg & Instacart).
It took a second trimester pregnancy loss during a global pandemic to remind me that a large part of corporate America is not set up to support the nuances of what it means to be a multi-dimensional human, and especially of what it means to be a woman at work.
In the aftermath of that experience, as I reflected on what the hell went wrong, and as I finally became a parent, I’ve come to understand that there is a profound lack of leaders that feel comfortable showing up as the flawed, authentic, interesting, ambitious humans that they are.
And so, I built Vivanta. We're on a mission to flip the script on power, authenticity and impact in the workplace. I hope you join us!
