  • This course is fast-paced, with more than a decade of learning & actionable tactics compressed over one weekend. During these live sessions we’ll combine theory and practice, with activities and breakout rooms to apply the learnings directly to your context.

Private Community Access

  • 24/7 access to our community of ambitious women working in male-dominated sectors sharing their latest wins, tips and resources.

2 Quarterly Coaching Calls

  • After you finish the course, you’ll have access to two quarterly group coaching calls. These highly rated sessions bring our community together to chat career updates, get advice and work through specific situations.
